Both the Samic people as well as the Indians have used this type of tent for centuries.

The Samic people call it "Lavvu". The tent is, thanks to its size, very suitable as family or group tent, making it very versatile. Since the fly has had a flame retardant treatment it is possible to make a small fire in the middle of the tent. If necessary you can take the motorcycle inside through the large entrance. Compared to the small weight and pack size, the tent is very spacious and high enough to stand upright in.
